The unique function of our Basic Search tool is it allows you to narrow your seach by City, County, Zip Code, MLS Area, Subdivision Name, School Name, Street Name or MLS Number.
Advanced MLS Search:
Our Advanced MLS Search provides some of the most unique and usefull features available on any real estate website. We have added a Keyword Search field that allows you to scan the remarks section of every listing in the MLS. This makes it easy to locate listings that are Bank Owned, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Motivated Sellers and so on... Just enter the Keyword and your target area and press search!
Area Exployer:
The Area Exployer search tool is great if you're relocating from out of the area. It displays the Cities and neighborhoods on a map so you can familiarize yourself with their geographic location. It provides detailed area information on the schools and neighborhoods. It gives you quick access to all the real estate listings in the area by property type and neighborhood.
DynaMAP:
DynaMap is the newest way to display MLS listings on web sites. Listing markers are shown on a dynamically-generated map. Placing your mouse over listings shows a pop-up or clicking listing shows detail.
